    Nature of Requirements: 
    
    The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. 
    
    The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement provide Physiotherapy Services for Saskatchewan Penitentiary minimum, medium and maximum security inmates.
    
    Objectives: 
    
    a)	The contractor will act as part of the overall Health Services program provided to offenders at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary.
    b)	The contractor must provide one (1) half day routine physiotherapy clinic based on need for up to one half-day per week (maximum 4 hours) or as required during the period of the contract.  Clinics will not necessarily be scheduled on a regular basis.
    
    Deliverables: 
    
    a)	comprehensive services to Saskatchewan Penitentiary by attending the Health Services Centre to provide the respective services, though pre-scheduled clinics, in accordance with the established CSC regulations, Saskatchewan Penitentiary Standing Orders and Health Services Policies and Procedures and Standing Operating Procedures.
    b)	physiotherapy Services for Saskatchewan Penitentiary minimum, medium and maximum security inmates.  Clinics will be scheduled based on need for up to one half-day per week (maximum 4 hours) or as required during the period of the contract.   Clinics will not necessarily be scheduled on a regular basis.  
    c)	physiotherapy services to approximately 8 -12 client visits per half day for one clinic session.  
    d)	physiotherapy services that were prescribed by the medical doctor and approved by the Manager of Clinical Service for treatment per the National Essential Health Services Framework.
    e)	rehabilitative care post operative.
    
    Expected Delivery Date:  January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2017.
