Automation Coordinator Training

The CEOC requires a venue capable of providing accommodation, training rooms, and meals to conduct the training of up to 350 election officials during the month of February in preparation for the General Election of 2015. The objective is put in place a contract with a venue having proven experience in the management and planning of training sessions that include accommodations and meals. The venue must offer accommodations for groups of 56 in single occupancy in addition to offering 4 training rooms, each with a capacity of accommodating 18 students who will be trained simultaneously on computers.

The SOW outlines the services that will be required by Elections Canada.

The Contract period will be from the Effective Date of the Contract (estimated at January 6, 2015) to March 2, 2015.
