    Supply, deliver, off load and provide warranty and regular servicing and maintenance for one (1) Skid Steer  to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Academy, Depot Division in Regina, Saskatchewan, in accordance with the specifications detailed in the Request for Proposal.  Training must be provided in English for a minimum of eight (8) hours on the operation and maintenance of the unit to be held at Depot Division.  The warranty period will be sixty (60) months after delivery and acceptance of the unit or the length of the Contractor’s or manufacturer’s standard warranty period, whichever is longer, is to be included in price.
    Delivery Date: Skid Steer is requested to be delivered within six (6) weeks from award of contract, but no later than March 27th, 2015.
    Security Requirement:  There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. 
    Evaluation Procedures:
    Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation.  An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
    
    Basis of Selection:
    
    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
    
    Debriefings:
    
    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process.  Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.  The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
