Visitor Reception and Household Maintenance services at the Marine Environment Discovery Centre, Saguenay-St-Lawrence Field Unit, Parks Canada

Delivery of visitor reception and household maintenance services at the Marine Environment Discovery Centre of the Saguenay-St. Lawrence Field Unit located in Les Escoumins QC. The period covered by the statement of work is for a maximum of 4 years, i.e., the 2015 operating season with a possibility of three additional one year period under the same conditions.
The work includes:
-	providing a warm and courteous reception to the public at the point of entry in accordance with Parks Canada service standards;
-	collecting the admission fees at the Marine Environment Discovery Centre;
-	selling Parks Canada’s promotional products;
-	ensuring the housekeeping of the buildings and of certain elements on the site. 

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents. 
The period of the contract is from June 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. A detailed work schedule is provided in the RFP.
