Interpretation services, hospitality and housekeeping at the Pointe-Noire Interpretation and Observation Centre and the Baie Sainte-Catherine Wharf, Saguenay-St. Lawrence Field Unit, Parks Canada

Interpretation services, hospitality and housekeeping at the Pointe-Noire Interpretation and Observation Centre and the Baie Sainte-Catherine Wharf, Saguenay-St. Lawrence Field Unit located in Baie-Sainte-Catherine QC. The period covered by the statement of work is for a maximum of 4 years, i.e., the 2015 operating season with a possibility of three additional one year periods under the same conditions.
The work includes:
-	providing an interpretation service for the public using the exhibition, buildings and land made available to him;
-	providing a warm and courteous reception to the public at the point of entry in accordance with Parks Canada service standards;
-	collecting the admission fees at the Pointe-Noire Interpretation and Observation Centre;
-	managing the brochures at the Pointe-Noire Interpretation and Observation Centre and the Baie Sainte-Catherine wharf; 
-	providing housekeeping of the buildings and of certain elements on the grounds. 

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents. 
The period of the contract is from May 15, 2015 to December 31, 2015. A detailed work schedule is provided in the RFP.
