The work involves working under the direction of the Maximo Project Manager and in collaboration with the staff of the Office of the Chief Information and Real Property Officer (CIRPO), to ensure that the implementation of Maximo is done appropriately on schedule and on budget. The project team is composed of Parks Canada Asset Management Senior Advisors, IT experts as well as other contractors, all working collaboratively for the success of this project.
Previous work has been done related to the configuration of the software that will need to be validated and further developed in order to meet the PCA business requirements, while ensuring consistency of processes in all parks and sites across the country as well as functionality in a bilingual environment.
