Description of the requirement:

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer requires Senior Organizational Design and Classification Consultant well versed in classification.

The objective of the contract is to provide timely access to reliable and highly qualified a Senior Organizational Design and Classification Consultant to follow up on action plan to ensure greater integrity of the classification system at Elections Canada.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from award of a contract to February 28, 2016 with one option of one-year to extend the term of the Contract, under the same terms and conditions.
