Name Tag, Embroidered

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is hereby issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the provision of up to 22,500 Name Tags, Embroidered on an “as and when requested” basis. The Standing Offer will be valid from the date of issuance for three (3) years, with an estimated quantity of up to 7,500 units, per each year of the Standing Offer period. Only one (1) National Individual Standing Offer will be issued as a result of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). Please see “Annex A – Requirement and basis of payment” of RFSO for further details.

Deliveries are to be made to across Canada, including to remote locations. The Name Tags, Embroidered are requested to be delivered 22 days from receipt of an order. 

This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Purchase Description PD-PE-87 dated 2014-01-27, and viewing sample. Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.

All Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements apply.

This requirement is subject to AIT. 

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.

The successful offeror will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant offer.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
  
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation. Any other information or documentation provided to or obtained by a bidder from any source are not relevant. Bidders should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the bid solicitation. Bidders should also not assume that their existing capabilities meet the requirements of the bid solicitation simply because they have met previous requirements.  It is the Bidder's responsibility to obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the bid solicitation, if necessary, before submitting a bid.
