The RCMP's Uniform & Equipment Program has a requirement for a firm quantity of two hundred and ninety (290) Boots, Tactical, Safety L.P. Royer, Model #7777; STC, Model Buster #22033 or equivalent. There is an "as and when requested quantity" of up to ten (10) made-to-measure Boots, Tactical, Safety (specials) L.P. Royer, Model #7777; STC, Model Buster #22033 or equivalent, to be ordered within 36 months of contract award. Also included are two optional quantities of up to one hundred (100) each of Boots, Tactical, Safety L.P. Royer, Model #7777; STC, Model Buster #22033 or equivalent to be ordered within 24 and 36 months of contract award. All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. The firm quantity is requested to be delivered 45 days following contract award. This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Purchase Description PD-PC-21 dated 2014-08-26. Purchase Description documents can be found attached to the RFP. This requirement is subject to AIT. This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods. The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation. Any other information or documentation provided to or obtained by a bidder from any source are not relevant. Bidders should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the bid solicitation. Bidders should also not assume that their existing capabilities meet the requirements of the bid solicitation simply because they have met previous requirements. It is the Bidder's responsibility to obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the bid solicitation, if necessary, before submitting a bid.
