RFSO – Landscape Architecture – National Parks and Historic Sites in the Atlantic provinces

Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the provision of Landscape Architecture services on an “as and when requested” basis mainly for projects in National Parks and Historic Parks in the Atlantic Provinces. The services may include site investigation, planning, design and construction supervision for various types of landscape architecture projects. 

Proponents shall be licensed to practice in the Atlantic Provinces.

It is Parks Canada's intention to authorize four (4) Standing Offers for a period of two (2) years with an option available to the Crown to extend the Standing Offers for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. The total dollar value of the Standing Offer is estimated to be $5,000,000.00 (GST/QST Included). Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offer will be called-up; PCA will award call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.
