Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide dental services to federal offenders for Beaver Creek Institution-Medium located near Gravenhurst, Ontario Objectives: To provide dental clinic services during weekdays, and provide dental care services in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Correctional Service Canada. Deliverables: The contractor will prepare clinic lists based on requests received and emergencies as they arise. The contractor will provide essential dental care to offenders at the institution. Expected Delivery Date: September 1, 2015 to August 31, 2016, with the option to renew annually for up to three (3) additional one-year periods.
