Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the provision of heritage masonry repair services at Fort Henry National Historic Site. The work involves complete repairs/restoration of the stone masonry of the East and West branch ditch walls of the fort. That includes providing all labour, materials, tools, equipment, power plant, systems, transportation and supervision necessary to completely perform the work. Proponents shall be licensed to practice in the province of Ontario. Bid Security is required. Contractors must have $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage. Optional Site Visit: An Optional Site Visit has been arranged for Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. (Local time). See ITT for details. Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents. Delivery Date: The Work must be completed on or before November 30, 2016 with a seasonal shutdown between November 30, 2015 and May 1, 2016.
