Remodeling and enlargement of two service buildings (B1 and B2) at Mistagance Campground, La Mauricie National Park

I Demolition work: the demolition work of this contract includes:

A Building B1 and B2
.1 All exterior siding of exterior walls
.2 Cedar shingle and any other roofing material except structural components
.3 All exterior doors and windows
.4 Floor ceramic products
.5 Wood frame at the base of all exterior walls (see structure)
.6 Wooden fence and doors dissimulating propane gas tanks (except for B2 building)
B Any other items indicated on drawings
C Building A (only): double sink and exterior counter

II Construction work: the construction and remodeling work of this project is different for the 2 buildings.

A Building B1
.1 Enlargement for storage, including counter with sink, closed cabinets, open shelving, floor sink for janitor
.2 Roof over 2 exterior sinks as indicated on drawings
.3 New resilient sheet flooring
.4 New exterior doors in existing building and enlargement part of building
.5 New windows
.6 For existing building insulation of exterior walls with air barrier and vapour barrier
.7 New wood siding of all exterior wall on existing and new section
.8 New asphalt shingle on roof
.9 Painting for all interior surfaces in existing building and enlargement

B Building B2
.1 New resilient sheet flooring
.2 New exterior doors
.3 New windows
.4 For existing building insulation of exterior walls with air barrier and vapour barrier
.5 New wood siding on exterior wall
.6 New asphalt shingle on roof
.7 Painting for all interior surfaces in existing building and enlargement

III Cleaning: cleaning during and at the end of work. 
Bid Security is required.
Contractors must have $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage.

Mandatory Site Visit: There will be a site visit on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 10:00 am (local time). Interested bidders are to meet at Complexe de Saint-Mathieu, parc national de la Mauricie, 2141 Chemin Saint-Paul, Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc, Québec, G0X 1N0. 

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents. 
Delivery Date: The Work for Buildings  B1 and B 2 must be completed on or before November 30, 2015. See Addendum 1.
