SOLICITATION NUMBER: 201600406 – Roof Replacement


Requirement

This project consists of, but is not limited to, the replacement of a roof located at 15707 - 118 Ave., Edmonton, AB, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Work to be completed by November 1st, 2015 (for phase(s) this fiscal year). The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category:  Between $100,000 - $500,000. 

SITE VISIT: There will be an optional site visit on May 19th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Interested bidders are to meet at the Commissionaire’s desk at the North entrance of 15707 - 118 Ave., Edmonton, AB.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
