Grande Maison Roof Repairs – Les Forges du Saint-Maurice NHS, Trois-Rivières QC

Parks Canada is looking to repair the roof of the Grande Maison at Les Forges du Saint-Maurice NHS. The work will include: 

A Preparatory Work
B Metalworking
C Wood and Plastics
D Insulation and Sealing
E Cleanup

Bid Security is required.
Contractors must have $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage.

Mandatory Site Visit: There will be a MANDATORY site visit on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 10:00 am (local time). Interested bidders are to meet at the guard house at the entrance of Les Forges du Saint-Maurice NHS, 10000 boulevard des Forges, Trois-Rivières QC  G9C 1B1. 

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents. 

Delivery Date: The work must be completed between September 14, 2015 and October 30, 2015 at the latest.
