Three bids were received in response to this RFP, all deemed compliant following technical evaluation.  However, the lowest financial proposal greatly exceeded the available budget for this project.  Unfortunately, the required funding is not available to increase the budget.  Therefore, it is with great regrets that Natural Resources Canada announces that RFP 5000016201 is cancelled.  
 
Should a revised RFP be published in the near future, it will be designated as RFP #5000016201–B.
