Asset Management requires a service contract that will furnish all necessary labour, supervision, transportation, material, tools and equipment to carry out full Life safety, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), complete with controls, maintenance service in accordance with Annex A and other services within this specification for Selkirk East RCMP Detachment in Selkirk, MB. 

TERM OF CONTRACT: Two (2) year s from award of contract and an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month period under the same terms and conditions.
