Mechanical Maintenance Services – RCMP Saskatoon Area Building

NATURE OF REQUIREMENT:
RCMP F Div. Asset Management requires a service contract that will furnish all necessary labour, supervision, transportation, material, tools and equipment to carry out full Life safety, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), complete with controls, maintenance service in accordance with Annex A and other services within this specification for Saskatoon Area Building, Saskatoon, SK.  

TERM OF CONTRACT: Two (2) year s from award of contract and an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month period under the same terms and conditions.

The RCMP is looking to establish one contract as defined in Annex “A” Statement of Work in the Invitation to Tender.

Requirements are in accordance with the Statement of Work and the Mandatory Technical Criteria detailed in the Invitation to Tender documents in Annex B.

SECURITY: The Contractor and their staff MUST be security cleared by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) prior to the Contract being awarded.

BASIS OF SELECTION:

A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
