This notice is to announce that Canada has entered into a Preferred Bidder Agreement with Canadian National Energy Alliance. The value of the Preferred Bidder Agreement is exclusive of taxes. The Contract is to be executed at a later date to be determined in accordance with the Preferred Bidder Agreement.
