Removal and Installation of Communication Towers

This requirement is open only to those invited Supply Arrangement Holders under supply arrangement 201301568/B/XX who qualified under stream 4: Tower Replacement. Region of Qualification: Eastern.
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

Description of the requirement:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement to remove and replace four (4) existing towers at the following sites located in the province of Quebec: Baldwin Mills, Audet, St Malo and Dégelis Repeater. The existing towers are to be removed and disposed of and four (4) new towers will be installed. 

Bidders must be able to provide the required services for all four (4) sites as per the Statement of Work (Annex A of RFP). 

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be six (6) months from date of contract award.

This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGO),
Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA) and Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA).
