Notice of Proposed Procurement SOLICITATION NUMBER: 201601066 – Construction – Detachment - Arviat Requirement The purpose of this project is to construct a new detachment to meet the RCMP’s program requirements. This new detachment will be constructed on a site owned by the RCMP in Arviat, Nunavut. Staff housing is required to meet the area’s policing needs. A space analysis has been completed for this detachment per the standard operating procedures identified by the RCMP. The space analysis indicates that the new Arviat detachment shall be approximately 490 m2 in size. Work is to be completed by October 31st, 2017. SITE VISIT: There is no scheduled site visit.
