Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the provision of heritage masonry repair services at Battle of the Windmill National Historic Site of Canada. This project will also include restoration, repair and replacement work for heritage windows and a limited amount of electrical and metal working. Proponents shall be licensed to practice in the province of Ontario. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on July 07, 2015 at 11:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at: The Battle of the Windmill National Historic Site of Canada is located on Windmill Point Road, off Highway # 2, 3 km east of the town of Prescott. Safety boots and hat will be required. Bids Security is required. Contractors must have $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage. Delivery Date: Construction must be completed by May 13 2016.
