SOLICITATION NUMBER: 201601151 – Renovation to Buildings, Cell Retrofits


Requirement

This project consists of, selective demolition and renovations primarily within the detention areas of existing Police Buildings, including mechanical and electrical work.

Each bid will be evaluated on a per site basis, with the possibility of four (4) separate contracts being awarded for work at Canora, Fillmore, Esterhazy, and St. Wallburg SK.

Work to be completed by August 30th, 2016. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: The estimated total value of all work to be completed is between $ 500,000.00 - $ 2,000,000.00. 


SITE VISIT: There will be OPTIONAL site visits for each site as follows:

Canora: July 8th at 10:00 - Interested bidders are to meet at main entrance of building;
Esterhazy: July 8th at 13:00 - Interested bidders are to meet at main entrance of building;
Filmore: July 8th at 16:30 - Interested bidders are to meet at main entrance of building;
St. Walburg: July 10th at 12:00 - Interested bidders are to meet at main entrance of building;

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract(s) will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
