Notice of Proposed Procurement SOLICITATION NUMBER: 201601151 – Renovation to Buildings, Cell Retrofits Requirement This project consists of, selective demolition and renovations primarily within the detention areas of existing Police Buildings, including mechanical and electrical work. Each bid will be evaluated on a per site basis, with the possibility of four (4) separate contracts being awarded for work at Canora, Fillmore, Esterhazy, and St. Wallburg SK. Work to be completed by August 30th, 2016. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: The estimated total value of all work to be completed is between $ 500,000.00 - $ 2,000,000.00. SITE VISIT: There will be OPTIONAL site visits for each site as follows: Canora: July 8th at 10:00 - Interested bidders are to meet at main entrance of building; Esterhazy: July 8th at 13:00 - Interested bidders are to meet at main entrance of building; Filmore: July 8th at 16:30 - Interested bidders are to meet at main entrance of building; St. Walburg: July 10th at 12:00 - Interested bidders are to meet at main entrance of building; INQUIRIES: All enquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature, are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Jordan McKenna, (613) 843-5518, facsimile (613) 825-0082 or by email at jordan.mckenna@rcmp-grc.gc.ca.
