Nature of Requirements: 

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. 

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide specialized physiotherapy services to offenders.  

Objectives: The Contractor will provide up to one (1) physiotherapy clinic each month, with a minimum of four (4) hours to a maximum of eight (8) hours in duration, as previously arranged with the Project Authority; Physiotherapy equipment is provided.

Deliverables: 	The Contractor will provide written consultation notes for each offender for whom service 
				was provided.

				The Contractor will report any concerns with the offender.

				The Contract will provide a bi-monthly report to the Project Authority, outlining activities 					performed.

Expected Delivery Date:  August 1, 2015 to July 31, 2016 plus two one year option periods.

Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
