Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide specialized physiotherapy services to offenders. Objectives: The Contractor will provide up to one (1) physiotherapy clinic each month, with a minimum of four (4) hours to a maximum of eight (8) hours in duration, as previously arranged with the Project Authority; Physiotherapy equipment is provided. Deliverables: The Contractor will provide written consultation notes for each offender for whom service was provided. The Contractor will report any concerns with the offender. The Contract will provide a bi-monthly report to the Project Authority, outlining activities performed. Expected Delivery Date: August 1, 2015 to July 31, 2016 plus two one year option periods.
