This project includes construction services for an extension and internal modifications to the Activity Centre located in the Newman Sound Campground.  Modifications include but not limited to floor plan modifications, interior modifications and building façade improvements.

There will be a site visit on Friday, September 11th, 2015 at 10:00am. Bidders are asked to meet at the Administration Building in TNNP. Take exit for Newman Sound Campground of TCH.  Continue 200m and the Administration Building is on your left. 

The contractor shall complete the work by March 15,  2016.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $100,000 to $300,000 (HST extra).
