Trade Agreement: North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), Canada - Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Canada - Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Canada - Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) and World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP). Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest Compliant Bid Nature of Requirements: All Terrain Vehicle To supply, deliver and provide service, as required, for nineteen (19) new (most current model year available) All Terrain Vehicles (ATV) to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, thirteen (13) to be delivered to Regina, Saskatchewan and six (6) to be delivered to Winnipeg, Manitoba, in accordance with the requirements specifications, terms and conditions detailed in the Request for Proposal, with the option to purchase up to twelve (12) additional ATVs within twelve (12) months after contract award. Delivery Date: Delivery is requested within six (6) weeks from award of contract; however vendors are encouraged to provide a best delivery date at the time of bidding. Security Requirement: There is no security requirement associated with the requirement. Evaluation Procedures: Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids. Basis of Selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
