    1302015 Ontario Inc. (Roy's Lighting Service)
    The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) is seeking the services of a contractor with flag protocol and maintenance experience (national, provincial and territorial), and experience with the installation and maintenance of decorative banners on Confederation Boulevard.  
    
    (i)	The initial period of the contract will be from December 1, 2015 to November 30, 2016 with additional one (1) year option periods.
    
    Mandatory Evaluation Criteria:
    M1: The bidder must demonstrate that it has a minimum of five years of experience in the area of flag maintenance and installation protocol. 
    M2: The bidder must demonstrate that it has a minimum of five years of experience in the area of decorative banner installation and maintenance. 
    M3: The bidder must demonstrate that it owns or has access to the equipment needed to fulfil the requirements of the request for proposals (lifting device and boom truck or small crane).
