The Work covered by this contract includes the following: 1. General work (mobilisation, demobilisation) 2. Site work and demolition 3. Structure work 4. Backfill, grading, etc. 5. Wood siding, studs, doors, frames, architectural hardware, accessories 6. Roof, flashing, etc. 7. Stain and paint Bid Security is required. Contractors must have $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage. Mandatory Site Visit: There will be a mandatory site visit on September 30, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. (local time). Interested bidders are to meet at 2141 chemin St-Paul, St-Mathieu-du-Parc QC G0X 1N0. The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted. National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act. Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered. Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents. Delivery Date: The Work must be completed on or before March 31, 2016.
