5P300-15-5416 Painting Bobcaygeon Lock 32 Gates

Description of Work: Lock 32, Bobcaygeon is located in the middle of the TSW system and is located at 15 Bolton Street in the village of Bobcaygeon. The objective of this project is to complete the repainting of two sets of steel lock gates while they have been removed for repair and maintenance. The scope of work includes the following: transporting gates to a climate controlled paint finishing facility to prepare surface and refinish and/or, heating and housing on site for gate preparation and painting, removing gate anchoring steel components and refinishing, remove cover plates, galvanize and replace, refinish gate accessories.

Closing Date and Time: October 21, 2015 at 2 pm (EDT)

Site Visit Optional: There will be a site visit on Friday October 9 at 2:00 pm. Meet at Lock 32 Bobcaygeon, 15 Bolton Street, Bobcaygeon, ON K0M 1A0

Under the National Parks Regulations, all work will be done in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations related to the National Parks Act.

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Delivery Date: The work must be completed on or before April 30, 2016.
