Scope of Work:
The project consists of the renovation of front and rear parking lots of the SCRDC of Agriculture and AgriFood Canada. The works to be performed will include, without limitation, removing the concrete curbs and existing asphalt, redo concrete curbs and sidewalks, reprofile and compact the top layer of backfill, install a new asphalt paving, tracing parking lines, replace exterior lighting, and other related work.
Non Mandatory Site Visit:
A site visit will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 10:30AM at the Soils and Crops Research and Development Centre located at 2560 Hochelaga boulevard, Québec, QC, G1V 2J3. Offerors who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation and will be posted on buyandsell.gc.ca.
Tender Period Closing Date and Time: October 21, 2015 at 02:00 pm (Eastern Daylight Time).
AAFC will not necessarily accept the lowest or any tender.
