TITLE: REHABILITATION OF TUNNEL’S DRAINAGE SYSTEMS OF LACHINE CANAL: CHARLEVOIX ET DES SEIGNEURS
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Work of this Contract comprises renovation of the drainage systems at the level of the bike path.
The construction work includes:
Bid security is required.
Contractors must have $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage.

October 29, 2015 at 1400 hrs (EDT)

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at des Seigneurs Street, Montreal, QC – please see the Site Visit Map for exact location - on Wednesday, OCTOBER 14, 2015. The site visit will begin at 10:00 a.m. (local time).
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Tuesday, OCTOBER 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. (EDT) to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS:
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

DELIVERY DATE:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work on or before December 11, 2015.
