Snow and Ice Control - Two Locations

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking tenders from experienced Contractors to provide snow and ice control services (hereafter referred to as “SNIC”) for two (2) residences in Gatineau Park, Quebec.

Bidding is for both Quebec residences.

The Contract is for a period of approximately three (3) years from date of award to May 2018 with two additional one year options to extend upon mutual consent at the same terms and conditions.

The work described in these terms of reference covers all labour, equipment, material and tools necessary to carry out SNIC operations on designated areas. Exact boundaries of each work site shall be verified with the NCC representatives during site visit.

A MANDATORY site visit will be held on Thursday October 15, 2015 at 11am Ottawa time. The meeting point is at 1 Sussex Drive via the Princess Avenue Security Gate entrance, the NCC Grounds Site Office. All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit. All parties intending to submit tenders must attend the Site Visit in order for their tenders to be valid. The procurement process of this tender is subject to Chapter 5 on the Agreement on Internal Trade.
