Magpul Enhancements for Carbine Magazines

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for Magpul enhancements for carbine magazines in accordance with the specifications detailed in the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).
Substitute products will not be considered. (AIT exception: Article 506 paragraph 11(e))
The estimated usage of the standing offer is between $15,000.00 and $60,000.00 per year. The total value of the standing offer will not exceed $400,000.00, applicable taxes included.
No quantities are specified in the RFSO as quantities may vary every year. The following are estimated yearly quantities which may be ordered in one or more call-ups:

Delivery will be made to the RCMP Armourer Section located in Regina, Saskatchewan. The period of the standing offer will be three years from the date of the standing offer, with options to extend the period for up to two additional one-year periods.
Delivery required per call-up against the standing offer is within 30 calendar days of receipt of call-up.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
