Question and Answer Series II is posted October 27, 2015. ************ Question and Answer Series I is posted October 23, 2015. ************ On a full-time basis, the Contractor must provide a minimum of eight (8) personnel to provide Mail and Messenger Services to the Department of Finance Canada and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat in the L'Esplanade Laurier and 90 Elgin Complexes and to/from other locations within the National Capital Region. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract from date of Award to July 31, 2017 inclusive with two (2), one-year option periods permitting Canada to extend the duration of the contract.
