Item Required: Tamperproof Evidence Bags, Size 2

Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Divisional Stores locations have a requirement for a firm quantity of one hundred and twenty one thousand two hundred (121,200) Tamperproof Evidence Bags, Type 2 in various sizes. All sizes are to be supplied in accordance with the RCMP Purchase Description PD-IE-02 dated 2015-09-18.

Purchase Description documents can be found attached to the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders that are requested to submit a pre-contract award sample.

This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

The responsive bid with the lowest total evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only).

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation. Any other information or documentation provided to or obtained by a bidder from any source are not relevant. Bidders should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the bid solicitation. Bidders should also not assume that their existing capabilities meet the requirements of the bid solicitation simply because they have met previous requirements. It is the Bidder's responsibility to obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the bid solicitation, if necessary, before submitting a bid.
