Bath House Roofing - Banff Upper Hot Springs

Requirement:

The work consists of a Cedar Shingle Re-Roof of the Banff Upper Hot Springs Bath House (Classified FHBRO). The Bath House is roughly 12.19 m (40 ft) wide x 24.38 m (80 ft) long and the pitch is predominately 12:12 except for the overhangs at 6:12.

Project Timeline:

The work must be completed on or before March 15, 2016.

Site Visit:

There will be an optional site visit on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 10:00AM (MST). Interested bidders are to meet at the Banff Upper Hot Springs Bath House Lobby.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the optional site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
