Notice of Proposed Procurement

SOLICITATION Number: 201604781 - Construction - Residential Housing - Saskatchewan

Requirement

The RCMP requires new residential housing projects to meet its operational requirements for the delivery of policing services in various locations throughout Saskatchewan. This requirement is for the construction of five (5) new duplexes and two (2) new single family bungalows in the following locations:

• Two (2) Duplexes in Kamsack, SK;
• One (1) Duplex in Pinehouse, SK;
• One (1) Duplex in Panuanak, SK;
• One (1) Duplex in Coronach, SK; and,
• Two (2) Single Family Bungalows in Canora, SK.

Each Duplex is approximately 243 m2 (2617 sq. ft.) in size, and each Single Family Bungalow is approximately 113m2 (1219 sq. ft.).

As a result of this solicitation, up to five (5) Contracts may be awarded (one (1) for each geographic location).

** Each location will be evaluated and priced separately.

Work is to be completed by December 31^st, 2016.

SITE VISIT: There is no scheduled site visit.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no later than ten (10) business days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Any inquiries received after this date may not be responded to.

Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
