The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for two (2) GPS/GLONASS Total Stations to be delivered to Clarenville NL. The requirement is detailed under the “Requirement” at Annex “A”. The requested delivery date for the two (2) units and accessories is on or before March 25, 2016. An option to purchase an additional two (2) units on or before March 31, 2017 is included.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The region of opportunity for this requirement is the world.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries made via telephone will not be responded to.
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) Buy and Sell website. Amendments, if issued, will be available from the PWGSC Buy and Sell website. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
