Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide Elevator Repair and Maintenance Services at the Grande Cache Institution.
Objectives:
To acquire the services of a licensed elevator contractor to perform quarterly and annual elevator maintenance to meet Alberta Safety Codes Act, Elevating Devices Codes Regulations.
Armor Elevator (Installation # E843805.)
Deliverables:
The contractor to provide the log book and complete entries indicating that the annual system pressure safety test has been completed as per The ASME A17.1 2010 / CSA B44-10 elevator safety code.
The contractor to complete the log book entry for any and all repairs and or testing of the elevator that has been performed as per The Alberta Safety Codes Act, Elevating Devices Codes Regulation.
The contractor to complete the log book entry for quarterly safety inspection and maintenance in accordance with The Alberta Safety Codes Act, Elevating Devices Codes Regulation.
