SOLICITATION Number: 201605464 – Black Lake Detachment & Housing Units
Requirement
The project consists of, but is not limited to, the construction, delivery and erection of a new single storey wood framed modular police building and two (2) new single storey wood-framed modular housing units on a new greenfield site in Black Lake, Saskatchewan. All associated site work, including site servicing for a total of four (4) modular housing units and the supply and installation of an above-ground fuel storage tank with spill containment, is included. Site construction of a single storey wood framed outbuilding on the Black Lake site is also required. The modular police building is approximately 932m² in area. The outbuilding is approximately 73 m² in area. The modular housing units sharing the site with the police building and outbuilding and are each approximately 93 m² in area. The buildings are being constructed in modules so minimal site work is required.
SITE VISIT: There is no requirement for a site visit, but should the bidder insist on a review of the site, it can be provided by the Project Authority for this requirement. The bidder must make a request with the Contracting Authority for a site visit.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
