Gloves, Lined, Black, Male and Female

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 712 Gloves, Lined, Black, Male & Female in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S.1045-155 dated 2016-01-22 and viewing sample. The requirement includes an option for up to 312 additional Gloves, Lined, Black, Male & Female.

The Specification documents can be found attached to the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders that are requested to submit a pre-contract award sample.

This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The responsive bid with the lowest total evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only).

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation. Any other information or documentation provided to or obtained by a bidder from any source are not relevant. Bidders should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the bid solicitation. Bidders should also not assume that their existing capabilities meet the requirements of the bid solicitation simply because they have met previous requirements. It is the Bidder's responsibility to obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the bid solicitation, if necessary, before submitting a bid.
