To provide mail services
A supervisor located at Central Mail Room will be required to supervise the mail operations at all locations. The Team shall perform the following tasks in conjunction with the following "Volume of Work to be Performed" list. This list constitutes Environment Canada's anticipated day-to-day operational requirements. It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that service levels are met by the Contractor's Core Team. The Contractor must ensure that trained back-up for the core team is to be available on an "as and when required" basis.
