Canadian Heritage (PCH) would like to issue a standing offer for the full range of installation, assembly and transportation services for "Trilite" brand signage structures for its events and programs. The standing offer will take effect on the date that the standing offer is issued and remain in force until March 31, 2019, with two (2) additional optional periods of twelve (12) months each.

The events covered by this standing offer include, but are not limited to: Winterlude, Canada Day, Christmas Lights, the Sound and Light Show and other one-time events.

These events take place at different locations around the National Capital Region, in both Quebec and Ontario, including, but not limited to the following: Confederation Park, Major’s Hill Park, the Rideau Canal, Jacques-Cartier Park, Parliament Hill and roads between official sites.
