Reception/Collection and Housekeeping Service - Fort Lennox National Historic Site

Description of Work:

At Fort Lennox National Historic Site, located at 61e Avenue, St-Paul-de-l’Île-aux-Noix, QC J0J 1G0 :

• Welcome visitors at the site’s visitor centre, located on the jetty, inform them of activities, services, conditions of access, schedule and the rates in effect at Fort Lennox National Historic Site.
• Manage a point of sale at the visitor centre.
• Manage collection and invoicing at Fort Lennox according to the fee schedule in the attached Appendix 1.
• Ensure housekeeping of the public and administrative spaces at the Fort Lennox National Historic Site.

There will be no site visit prior to bid closing.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Delivery Date: This is a one-year contract (award of contract to March 31, 2017) with the option of extending the contract for three optional periods of one year (2017, 2018 and 2019 seasons).
