The work covered by this project includes, replacement of equipment on the cooling system as well as all associated works for the K.W. Neatby Buidling 20 for Agriculture Canada (Ottawa)

More specifically, Work in this Contract consists of without being limited to:

  • Removal of equipment from the cooling system (chiller, pumps, insulation, electrical supply, control, etc);
  • Supply and installation of new equipment (chillers, VFD pumps, piping, piping specialties, electrical, control, etc).

The work included in this project includes the supply of all materials, labour, tools, equipment, protection and transport necessary to carry out, at the request of the government, required work, accordance with the requirements specified on the plans and in the various sections of the specification, so as to produce an effect of standardization on the project. All works must be done in accordance with codes and standards in force.

There will be a mandatory site visit on Wednesday May 11, 2016 at 10:00AM EDT.
