201700405 – Construction – D-Block Mechanical Upgrades and Crawl Space Renovations in Block D - Regina

Requirement

The purpose of this project is to have an existing RCMP facility upgraded to meet the RCMP’s program requirements on a secured site owned by the RCMP in Regina, Saskatchewan. Work in this contract comprises of completeexcavation of an existing crawlspace area and installation of new structural concrete retaining wall at building perimeter. Various mechanical (heating, venting, cooling, air conditioning, building site services, etc) and associatedelectrical work that is comprised within all four (4) floor levels of the existing facility.This work will occur within an occupied operational facility which must not be disrupted.

Work is to be completed by March 31^st, 2017.

SITE VISIT: There is an optional site visit scheduled for this requirement.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less thanseven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
