Notice of Proposed Procurement
Item Required: Coveralls, Combat, Winter
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 88 Coveralls, Combat, Winter. The requirement includes 1 option for 52 coveralls which can be exercised within 36 months of contract award and a quantity of 5 made-to-measure specials which can be ordered within 36 months of contract award.
This requirement must be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-170 dated 2016-04-06 and viewing sample. The Specification documents can be found attached to the Request for Proposal (RFP).
The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders that are requested to submit a pre-contract award sample.
This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods (See AIT - Article 504, paragraph 6).
The responsive bid with the lowest total evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only).
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
