Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to “provide every inmate with essential health care and reasonable access to non essential mental health care” In broad terms, health care means medical, dental, mental health care and public health services. During the period of incarceration, inmates are provided with a range of coordinated health services that are accessible, affordable, and appropriate to the correctional environment

Objectives: To support the Correctional Service Canada’s requirement to care for offenders with moderate to severe sleep apnea at all institutions in the Ontario Region including offenders at Warkworth Institution, located near Campbellford, Ontario, Grand Valley Institution located in Kitchener, Ontario and Beaver Creek Institution in Gravenhurst Ontario.

Deliverables: To provide obstructive Sleep Apnea testing and any required Resmed Apnea Link Equipment. Interpretation of Apnea Link data, including prescription from a qualified sleep Physician.

Expected Delivery Date: December 1. 2016 to November 30, 2017, with four (4) one (1) year renewable option years.
