SOA - General Maintenance – Nova Scotia RCMP
Royal Canadian Mounted Police have a requirement for a Standing Offer Agreement to provide maintenance services to the Married Quarters in Nova Scotia. Work under this Standing Offer Agreement comprises the furnishings of all labour, material, equipment, tools and supervision required to provide various maintenance services including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, welding etc. on an as and when requested basis.
Each District will be evaluated separately, and you may submit pricing for any or all Districts. The Contractor with the lowest total aggregate price will be recommended for the award of a Standing Offer, and a separate Standing Offer will be awarded for each district.
The period for placing call-ups and rendering services against this Standing Offer is from June 15, 2016 to June 14, 2017 inclusive with two (2) options to extend the term of the Standing Offer, each for an additional twelve (12) month period.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries made via telephone will not be responded to.
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) Buy and Sell website. Amendments, if issued, will be available from the PWGSC Buy and Sell website. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PSPC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
This procurement is subject to the provisions of The Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
