Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide specialized x-ray technologist services to offenders.

Objectives: Provide one (1) routine x-ray clinic every two weeks at Grande Cache Institution, up to a maximum of eight (8) hours in duration.

Deliverables: Provide written consultation notes for each offender; report any concerns; provide bi-monthly reports; conduct e-rays.

Expected Delivery Date: From date of contract award for a three year period.
